Effective project management brings designs to life and is key to delivering projects on time and on budget. It is the thread that runs throughout every project from the very start to the final unveiling.

Quality and Handover Integrator, Aviation
Having spent seven years in the beauty and cosmetics industry, at 25 I changed career and got my first job at the airport as a temporary administrator. After my contract finished I moved to another company within the airport, gaining experience as a document controller. Through contacts I was then made aware of this role within Morgan Sindall - I knew a few people working for the company and had heard great recommendations through ex-employees.
Having brilliant mentors and previous knowledge from document control, I’ve been able to make this role my own, and enjoy handing over projects successfully to Heathrow.
My role has involvement within each project from start to finish - it’s good to be involved the whole way through.
I think the support is great here. If there’s ever a problem, everybody is willing to help and resolve any issues we have. I love how they are all about progression and getting their staff involved.
Seeing how others around me within our company have progressed makes me believe there is opportunity for everybody, including me.
